I had many massage and
therapy on my elbow over the years with little long term success but
after Chuck worked on it over two years ago I have not had any
problems with it since! Also he worked on my left leg & knee with
his muscle release technique and where I was having difficulty
performing a one leg squat I am no longer limited with knee pain
during the exercise!

Rossiter---What can I say, except
it's the only therapy that has kept me mobile for the last year.
Chuck and the Rossiter method have relieved my back and hip pain to
the point that I can not only function, but return to an active
lifestyle. I no longer have a problem negotiating the stairs in my
house, can walk on my treadmill and do intense Pilates exercise. I'm

My name is Erin Beach and I am 32 years old. I attend the Augusta
School of Massage in Augusta, Ga. I first heard of the Rossiter
stretching method from our instructor Chuck Lubeck. I observed him
using the Rossiter stretches on some other classmates who had
trouble with their knees, elbows, and backs. At that time I did not
have acute pain. But, on January 8th, 2010 I started to have some
spasms in the lower lumbar region of my back. I have had this pain
before in the past and my first response to the intense pain was to
go to the ER and get a painkiller injection. This time I chose not
to go to the ER. Instead I decided to try a Rossiter Workout. Chuck
educated me on how the pain I was experiencing in my back could be
corrected by doing Rossiter stretches on my legs. So on January
10th, 2010 I had my first experience with pain relief doing a
Rossiter Workout. Chuck worked on my legs for less than ten minutes
and I was amazed. I went from not being able to sit down, stand up,
bend, or even breathe without pain to almost pain-free in less than
ten minutes. The relief lasted for a few days and so I had repeat
10-20 minute sessions on January 14th, 19th, and 21st. By the last
session my pain was gone and it has not returned to the writing of
this letter (3/10/10). I am so inspired by this drug free pain
management method that I want to learn how to do it and help others.
